Engaging the Services from a Process Server Rotherham
What exactly is a Process Server Rotherham?
A process server will deliver court documents (serve) to anyone or defendant needed for a lawsuit.
When someone doesn’t pay child support, goes into bankruptcy through not paying bills, breaks a rental contract unlawfully, or is otherwise needed to attend court, a court date is arranged and documentation are going to be distributed. All these documents will have to be ‘served’ to them. The individual(s) which filed the notice of the involved courts is liable for notifying the defendant. Even during this technical age, a telephone call or e-mail is not satisfactory; the law states that the defendant will have to be informed face to face of the approaching action against them. But due to legal requirements regarding serving a notice, not just anyone can supply them. That’s where a process server comes in.
If a Process Server is not able to deliver the notice directly to the individual, they could also deliver by means of ‘Substituted Service’. Meaning that, they will alternatively deliver the documents by means of insertion in the letterbox or in another way that it will come to the attention of anybody stepping into the building, for example, stick to the entrance door.
