Process Server Morecombe
What exactly is Process Server Morecombe?
When you work with a Process Server they could distribute court paperwork (serve) to any individual or defendant involved with a lawsuit.
When a person neglects to pay child support, gets into personal bankruptcy through failing to pay bills, breaks their rental agreement illegally, or is otherwise required to attend court, a court date is set and paperwork provided. These papers will have to be ‘served’ to them. The person(s) which filed the notice of the concerned courts is responsible for notifying the individual. The law states that the individual needs to be notified of the action against them in person, even in this age of technologies. Even so, not just anyone can serve the court papers. This is why a Process Server will have to be used.
If the Process Server has been incapable of deliver the notice to the individual, they may also affect service via ‘Substituted Service’. A ‘Substituted Service’ means that the Process Server presents the notice by posting through a letterbox, or hanging to the door to ensure that it can come to the attention of somebody entering the building/home.
