Hiring the Services from a Process Server Leek
What exactly is Process Server Leek?
Process Servers can distribute legal documents (serve) to an individual relating to a lawsuit.
When an individual does not pay child support, gets into bankruptcy by not paying bills, breaks their rental agreement illegally, or is otherwise instructed to go to court, a court date shall be fixed and written documents are going to be issued. All these papers need to be ‘served’ . Informing the defendant is the obligation of the person (or company) submitting the notice. Even during this technical time, a call or email are not adequate; the law states that the defendant must be advised face to face of the approaching proceedings against them. However due to the legal requirements for serving a notice, not just anyone can supply them. This is why a Process Server needs to be used.
A ‘Substituted Service’ could, in certain instances be introduced if the Process Server has been not able to serve the documents. Meaning that, they rather deliver the process by insertion through the letterbox or in another way that it’s going to come to the attention of any person stepping into the property, ie, affix to the entry door.
