A Process Server Lancaster
Just what is a Process Server Lancaster?
Once you hire a Process Server they will distribute official paperwork (serve) to the individual associated with a lawsuit.
When a person neglects to pay child support, gets into personal bankruptcy through not paying bills, breaks their rental contract illegally, or is otherwise required to go to court, they have to be presented with an ‘Order’ informing them of the charges and the date of proceedings. Notifying the individual is a responsibility of the individual (or company) submitting the notice. Even in this technological age, a call or e mail are not acceptable; the law states that the defendant should be advised face-to-face of the imminent action against them. However, not just anyone can serve the official documentation. That’s why a Process Server would have to be hired.
If the Process Server has been incapable of deliver the notice to the individual, they may also deliver by using ‘Substituted Service’. Meaning, they alternatively deliver the documents via insertion in the letterbox or in another way that it’s able to come to the attention of any person entering the building, for instance, attach to the entrance door.
