Process Server Kettering
What exactly is a Process Server Kettering?
When you engage a Process Server he or she can deliver official documentation (serve) to an individual involved with a lawsuit.
When a person doesn’t pay child support, goes into personal bankruptcy by not paying bills, breaks their rental agreement illegally, or is otherwise instructed to attend court, a court date shall be fixed and paperwork will be supplied. Those documents will have to be ‘served’ to them. The individual(s) whom filed the notice of the involved courts accounts for informing the defendant. The law states that the individual has to be instructed of the proceedings against them personally, even in this technological age. However due to the law for serving a notice, not just anybody can present them. That’s why a Process Server will need to be used.
A ‘Substituted Service’ will, in some instances be presented in the event the Process Server has been unable to deliver the papers. ‘Substituted Service’ means the Process Server delivers the notice by posting in a mail box, or affixing to the front door so that it can come to the attention of somebody entering the building/home.
