Process Server Bootle
So what is a Process Server Bootle?
Our process server Bootle will distribute court documents (serve) to anyone or defendant needed for a court case.
When someone won’t pay child support, gets into personal bankruptcy by failing to pay bills, breaks a rental contract illegally, or is otherwise instructed to go to court, they need to be served with an ‘Order’ notifying them of charges and also the date of proceedings. The individual(s) who filed the notice of the concerned courts is liable for informing the defendant. Even in this technological age, a call or email are not appropriate; the law proclaims that the defendant would have to be advised personally of the upcoming action against them. Though because of the legal requirements with serving a notice, not just anybody can supply them. That’s where a process server comes in.
A ‘Substituted Service’ might, in certain circumstances be introduced if the Process Server is unable to deliver the notice. ‘Substituted Service’ will mean that the Process Server delivers the papers by posting in a letterbox, or fixing to a front door in order that it can come to the attention of any individual stepping into the home.
